Pricing questions
How much does Pip cost?
Free, with 30 AI scans a month and unlimited manual entry. Premium raises that to 500 scans and adds unlimited wallets and PDF/ZIP export — USD 2.99 a month, USD 19.99 a year, or USD 39.99 once for Lifetime. Billed by Apple in your local currency.
Which plan should I pick?
If you scan a few receipts a week, Free is the whole app and always will be. If you are past 30 scans a month, Yearly is the cheapest way to stay there, and Lifetime costs the same as two years of it.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Nothing dramatic. Pip tells you plainly, shows when your scans reset, and manual entry keeps working. Your existing receipts are untouched — reading, searching and exporting never need quota.
What counts against the monthly scan limit?
Only a successful AI scan that you actually save. Failed scans and scans you discard are free, and manual entry is unlimited on every plan.
How do I cancel?
Through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Billing is Apple's, so cancellation is instant and we cannot make it difficult even if we wanted to. Cancelling keeps Premium until the period you paid for ends. Lifetime is a one-time purchase — it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.
Will the price change?
If it ever does, we will not do it quietly: you will be told in advance and asked to agree before a new price applies to you. That promise is in our terms.
Is my data the real price?
No. There are no ads, no data resale, and your receipt photos never reach our servers — the privacy policy maps exactly what goes where. The subscription is the business model, which is why it can be the only one.
